Mr Rajeev Shukla (Member of Parliament, Chairperson of Indian Premier League—IPL and Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association) today attended the national conference on ‘Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences (NCSEHS)—2017’ at the varsity’s Kennedy Hall Auditorium as the Chief Guest. The Conference was organised by the Sir Syed Bicentenary Celebrations Committee and the Department of Physical Education, AMU.

Conference On Spiritual Psychology Concludes

The Department of Psychology, Aligarh Muslim University recently concluded the National Conference on ‘Spiritual Psychology in Practice’ under UGC-SAP (DRS Phase-I).

While delivering the Key-note address, Professor S S Nathawat, from the Amity University, Jaipur talked about the role and importance of spirituality for essential well-being in complete physical, mental and social aspects.

AMU Research Scholar Attends Int. Conference

Mr. Saad Bin Azhar, a Research Scholar in the Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University recently attended an International Conference in London, UK.

Mr. Azhar also presented a paper in the conference on “Green Management Indicators and Environmental Sustainability in India".

Mr. Azhar is pursuing research under the supervision of Prof. Parvaiz Talib.

National Conference on “Recent Advances in Condensed Matter Physics” Organized At AMU

AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof. P.K. Abdul Azis inaugurated the National Conference on “Recent Advances in Condensed Matter Physics” organized by the Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University. This is the second consecutive Conference in Condensed Matter Physics organized by Prof. Shafikuddin Mollah, convener of the conference. The Abstract Booklet of the Conference was also released by the Vice Chancellor along with other dignitaries present on dais. Prof. Azis congratulated the Convener and the Department of Physics for holding the conference.
