The Department of Social Work has spunoff from Department of Sociology and Social Work in the year 2013. The department’s mission and aim is to inculcate in students a sense of professionalism and responsibility in the field of Social Work. To train students in various aspects of Social Work so that they can contribute to the society in various capacities. To make students understand various societal, cultural and organizational demands of today’s world.
